Summary
Here at Edinburgh Woollen Mill we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sourcing Assistant to join our Sourcing team in our Buying & Merchandising department.

This role will be focused on providing administration support within our Sourcing department, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within Retail Head Office
Job Duties include
Enter purchase orders on the system and amending Purchase orders for revision of delivery dates etc. on the system.
Keep spreadsheet of purchase order values up to date for all main vendors.
Issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers
Communication and provision of supply chain visibility through verbal and written communication
Management of relevant critical path stages ensuring the system is kept up to date.
Essential Skills:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages in particular word and excel
In addition you will be a good communicator and possess excellent organisation skills.
