Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is looking to recruit a new General Manager for the Mercure Hotel in Perth.

76 comfortable bedrooms, boasting garden views, combined with a superb Perth city centre location and excellent facilities, make this one of the most popular Scottish hotels for leisure breaks and one of the top wedding venues Scotland has to offer.

A day in the life of...

The hotel has a well-established operational and HOD team in place, and we're looking to bring in an established senior leader (possibly a first-time General Manager) who is able to use their extensive experience of team engagement, service excellence, and first-rate commercial acumen to ensure strong business growth and continued high KPI scores.

As Hotel General Manager, your role will be to lead a team of hospitality experts to achieve revenue and growth for our owners. You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have senior experience in an HOD role within a similar environment.

Your role will also include managing multiple stakeholders; therefore, experience working closely with owners or in a 3rd party management model will be highly advantageous for this role.
