Summary
Sterling Recruitment Services are currently working with our client in Keighley who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service / Sales co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a large manufacturer providing their products to a range of client with in their field. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to further grow their team.
Duties Include:
Process orders in various formats
Handle all customer correspondence
Check stocking levels for customer orders
Produce sales reports
Liaise with different departments
Check regularly with customer order progress
Review customer forecasts and send reports to the planners
Personal Specification:
Strong communication skills
Be heavily customer focused
Strong attention to detail
Proactive approach to work
Strong IT skills
Working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm from site.
The salary of the role is between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
