Working in a hybrid style, based at home and at 5 City Square, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

This post is part of the Protecting People Strategic Support Team which is hosted within Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership. The team provide strategic support to Dundee's multi-agency Protecting People Committees.

Requirements

​You will have a HND/SVQ 4 or equivalent in a finance/ management/ administrative related subject.

Responsibilities

You will co-ordinate the core business functions of the multi-agency protecting people committees through the development, maintenance and implementation of core business processes, policies and procedures. You will work in partnership to provide business support to the membership of the protecting people committees, including their Independent Chairs.

The Individual

You will have experience of working with managers at a senior/strategic level, of multi-disciplinary working and developing positive partnerships . You will also have working knowledge of business planning and performance management.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
You will have highly developed organisational and time management skills and attention to detail. You will have the ability to lead and motivate others and to work under pressures and prioritise, and working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office 365, Teams, Word. Excel etc.

You will be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends, and undertake relevant training.

A satisfactory Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
