Summary

Casual HR Administrator
Grade/SCP: SRS Band 3 SCP 6 - 9
Hourly Rate: £12.42 to £13.06
Location: St Katherine’s House, Mansfield Road, Derby, DE1 3TQ
As a HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centralised HR service to a family of 25 schools comprising of 20 primary and 5 secondary across Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Stockport.
Your responsibilities

Be responsible for a wide range of HR administrative tasks
Ensure smooth and efficient HR processes
Provide excellent customer service to our Academies and Trust staff

What are we looking for?

Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
Have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sensitive approach to confidential matters
Have excellent IT skills
Whilst being a Catholic is not a requirement, you must be willing to support the Catholic life and ethos in our Academies
