We’re looking for an experienced Asset & Lifecycle Manager, with at least 5 years’ experience in a PFI setting, to take on this crucial role developing and maintaining our planned maintenance programme, asset registers and lifecycle replacement programmes.

To add immediate value, it is imperative that you have the relevant project management and technical experience required to hit the ground running
- you will be expected to own, manage and develop the asset replacement plans and their associated budgetary allocations/movements with the facilities managers and our condition surveying consultants for each of the sites.
You will be the focal point of contact offering technical advice, providing technical specifications and scopes of works for pricing purposes with the support and delivery of projects and variations. You’ll also provide technical audit capability within the Asset Management department and coordinate the condition surveys, life cycle modelling and information/data sharing activities.

As with any technical role at this level you will display strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate your Excel experience with ease and deliver on accountabilities such as:


- Client Relationship Management – Engaging with key clients across the UK on a routine basis and lead by example in providing AMF advice and relationship management.
- Assisting the Bid Manager and business development personnel with all asset management related activities
- Contributing business improvement/efficiency ideas and initiatives


What you’ll need to do the role

First and foremost, you will hold a Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management and have a good understanding of technical services across the FM industry. 5 years’ experience as an Asset Manager in a PFI setting and a building services engineering qualification.

You will be familiar with SFG20, highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
