The CISO Cryptography Team – provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on all matter’s cryptography related, whether it is ensuring new projects are compliant with our Standards, or helping application owners resolve problems associated with their certificates. You will be part of an existing team of Cryptography specialists, and we will develop you in the role, which means you will easily be able to see your career path in TSB.
How you’ll make a difference
The Cryptography Support Analyst is responsible for providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on all matter’s cryptography related, whether it is ensuring new projects are compliant with our Standards, or helping application owners resolve certificate related issues. The key stakeholders for the Cryptography Support Analyst are IT Application owners across Technology, and you will make a difference in your role by ensuring the Banks services remain stable and secure.
What you’ll bring

- BSc in Computing Science / Information Systems / Cyber Security / Networking
- Have experience across any of the following: Cryptography / PKI / HSMs / Open Banking / Networking / Infrastructure
- Experience working with ServiceNow, DigiCert, Qualys, ACME, AWS, Azure, Office products, SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work in a collaborative way with other Teams across TSB to provide the best outcome to customers.
