We are looking for Band 6 nurse to join our Community Nursing teams based at Hawkhurst Community Hospital, Weald. The service operates seven days a week from 8am – 6pm. Weekend working is generally on a 1:4 ratio with days off during the week.

You'll be fully supported by a team of experienced professionals, including the Senior Specialist Practitioner District Nurse, the Primary Care Network (PCN) lead, senior colleagues, and the practice education team.

Their collective expertise and guidance will provide invaluable support, ensuring you have access to mentorship, resources, and guidance to excel in your responsibilities. The Senior Specialist practitioner district nurse brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in district nursing, while the primary care network lead offers strategic direction and collaboration opportunities. Senior colleagues provide mentorship and insight from their own experiences, and the practice education team ensures ongoing learning and development opportunities. Together, this support network will empower you to thrive and contribute effectively to the team and the organisation.

Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm with rotational weekends
