We are looking to appoint a classroom teacher and leader to provide high-quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school. The successful candidate will have class responsibility and further develop the phase they are working in. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, they will play an active role in school improvement and work with us in our continual drive to provide our children with the best education possible.

As Phase Leader you will be integral to the leadership and management of the school. You will form a key part of the SLT, contributing to strategic decision making and driving improvement across the school. The role is crucial in supporting the Head Teacher in delivering the vision for the school, ensuring consistency and be the custodian of the school’s ethos. Your role will involve oversight of a phase of the school, ensuring implementation, consistency and role modelling excellent practice.
