Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Time Showroom Administrator to join our team. As a Showroom Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. From managing administrative tasks to providing support in our showroom t our customers, you will be an integral part of our organisation.

The role is working 9.30am to 2.30pm, covering 3 days each week and 5 hours each day on a rotation basis.

Week 1 you will work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Week 2 you will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
