Summary
The consultant will provide a high level of clinical expertise and leadership, both for the team for which they are responsible and in borough-wide services. We are offering a retention incentive in addition to the salary and London weighting. Because we want to recruit the very best team, we are offering external new starters a retention incentive of £5,000 when they start and commit to working with us for one year. Beyond that, a further £5,000 will be paid if a commitment is made to remain in post for a further two years. Any payment made will be on a pro rata basis for part time appointments. Successful candidates can work closely with Tertiary Consultant colleagues via the Outreach Neurodisability services. There is opportunity to liaise with local acute Paediatric colleagues. and CAMHS colleagues at our joint meetings to improve care for CYP.
