Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised, and process driven to provide leadership and management to the Greenwich Community Podiatry administration and receptionist team. You will need to be highly organised to be able to handle scheduling, documentation, data input, resource management and answering the telephone.

We are a very busy service so an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic person is needed.

Act as a pivotal communication link for the Podiatry Service.

Processing correspondence and answering telephone calls appropriately.

Planning and co-ordinating the teams' workload including collection, collating and analysing of data for the Podiatry Service. Ensure processes are in place for the smooth running of the service.

Submitting data to deadline.

Managing diaries, arranging meetings and minute taking.

Efficiently manage resources and supplies to support the teams operation.

Managing and supervising other administrative staff.

Supporting staff to access / deal with issues with IT systems.

The senior administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks and processes with the Greenwich Community Podiatry Team.

To provide administrative support to the Podiatry Team.

Able to manage diaries / arrange meetings and take comprehensive minutes of meetings.

Maintain accurate documentation including statistical information ensuring processes are in place to capture the data required.

Resource management - ordering equipment supplies required to ensure the team operation is smooth and seamless

Monitor staffing levels within the administration team and to arrange cover for the team during periods of sickness and leave; anticipating staff shortages and problem areas and to take action to minimise the impact of these on service delivery.

Monitor compliance with policy / guidelines / protocols across health and social care.

Strong communication skills to ensure that communication channels are clear and effective.

Ability to recognise and resolve administrative problems / issues.

To identify training and development needs for the administration team.
