Summary

Compliance and Safety Servicing Lead – Bristol or Remote

This role is calling for an excellent compliance and health and safety professional who is keen to progress in a career of helping customers and improving peoples lives through hard work and dedication maintaining high standards throughout their work.

You will be part of the management team leading an end to end compliance programme.

Day to day:

• Create programmes on a pre-emptive cycle to ensure that the business remains compliant
• Evaluate compliance information etc to produce assurance reports covering all areas of compliance performance, procedures, processes, and statutory responsibilities
• Control relevant budgets in respect of compliance activities
• Prepare future estimated expenditure for work activities & compliance programmes
• Collaborate as a member of the Operational Leadership Team
• Work with senior colleagues to deliver the corporate strategy playing an influential role in shaping and creating it

Requirements:

Essential:

• A proven track record in successfully delivering similar roles in the housing/ property/ development sector
• Passion for compliance and health and safety
• Experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent leadership skills
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to your work
• Experience of managing a variety of resources, including budgets, in respect of cyclical compliance activities and programmes

Optional:

• Experience of working for a social landlord or similar
• NEBOSH or equivalent
• Chartered Membership of IOSH, with a maintained record of CPD
• High level IT literacy and be a keen adopter of digital technology
