Summary


Due to the expansion of our service an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse to join our Gynaecology Outpatients team. You must be a registered nurse withfull NMC membership and a minimum of 6 months post registration experience within Women’s Health in the NHS.The job is initially based at Northwick Park Hospital but involves cross site working and a flexible approach is essential.

The post is full time working 37.5 hours per week in a combination of shift patterns to cover demand. Although the service currently operates Monday-Friday during the core hours of 9-5, this will expand to include evenings and weekends and therefore a flexible attitude is expected.

This successful post holder will work closely with the medical teams, matron, existing specialist nurses and other MDT members providing specialist Gynaecology care to a caseload of complex patients in Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Rapid Access, Early Pregnancy and General Gynaecology clinics. Appropriate teaching, training, supervision and on-going support will be provided to enable you to improve our patient’s experience throughout their pathway.
