Summary
We are seeking a Pastoral Manager to join our team to support our goal of providing an exceptional holistic education for students who are blind or vision impaired.
This exciting new role is to provide pastoral support for students who are blind or vision impaired to help maintain excellent levels of attendance, punctuality and behaviour in order for every young person to achieve their potential. If you have a passion for education and believe in inclusion, diversity and equality of opportunity for all young people alongside the relevant skills and experience, this role could be the one for you.
NCW is a residential non maintained special school, with beautiful green campus. We offer all employees a contributory pension scheme, welfare package and free use of our gym and fitness facilities.
