Summary
Applications are invited for the post of Midday Supervisor at Albert Village Primary School.
Working with the Midday Supervisor team, you should:
• Supervise pupils as they eat their lunch;
• Supervise pupils after lunch, ensuring they are safe and well behaved, encouraging them to follow the School’s Behaviour Policy
• Attend to accidents and administer First Aid as required (training will be provided)
We are seeking a reliable cheerful midday supervisor to join our team. As an essential member of the school’s team, you will support children’s safety, wellbeing and behaviour during their lunch break. Ideally having experience of working with children, you will need to be able to communicate appropriately with children and staff, helping them to practice good table manners, and play with friends in a safe and kind way. A positive problem-solving attitude is essential along with a willingness to learn and ‘be involved’ with the School’s ethos. You will be administering first aid and maintaining the accident log & First Aid kits.
The working pattern is five days per week, 1hour 15mins per day, term time only. You may be requested to attend relevant school training, which will be paid.
