Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full-time Admin Support Assistant to join the Banff Team to support the Reception and provide admin to ‘Step-in’ and Core Teams. (Aberdeenshire Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service)

The successful candidate will be supported and trained to input drug and alcohol treatment data into the national database for Scotland, DAISy – Drug & Alcohol Information System as well as the processes and procedures to support the Teams with tasks identified and outlined in the job profile to meet the needs of the Service.

The location will be Seafield House, Castle Street, Banff as this job will involve front of desk (reception) work amongst other admin tasks to support the Step-in and core teams (Aberdeenshire Integrated Drug and Alcohol Services). This job will be office based.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
