Summary
Job Overview
-Oversee and monitor stores & store management process.
-To provide a professional, cost effective service by assisting facilities teams in providing a storekeeping service to the building.
-Responsible for ensuring that all store consumables is checked in and out.
-Store and pick supplies/equipment.
-Ensure that an effective stock system is run.
-Regular use of trolleys, cages, and stacking pallets.
-Comment on new procedures to improve efficiency.
-Report any stock issues, reconiclle orders and plan urgent deliveries.
-Plan daily walk rounds.
-Liaise with external suppliers & arrange delivery of stock.
-Responsible for stock control.
Main Duties
-Maintain list of available machines and their working status.
-To report any machine issues and faults.
-Maintain and keep up to date products list (products codes, name and cost).
-To ensure that deliveries made by delivery companies are accurate (check and count). In case of incorrect delivery to report immediately.
-To create and report weekly and monthly stock order.
-To ensure that deliveries are made on time.
-To undertake stock audits.
-Responsible for the delivery of their own defined set of work including planning and decision - making process.
-Interact with stakeholders around specific work deliverables.
-To control distribution and receipt working materials and machines from operational staff.
-To keep clear, tidy and arranged all premises.
-From time to time will be asked to do different tasks in emergency to achieve client standards.
What we are looking for
-Good English communication (speaking and writing) skils.
-Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
-Good understanding and experience of stck control and orderin system.
-Ability to guide and mentor other store staff.
-Physically fit and capable to transfer and distribute materials and machines to designate terminal areas.
-IT skills.
