Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and relevant experience in Occupational Health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to employees.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and other digital tools for remote consultations.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
