Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while driving sales? We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our team. Your role will involve selling memberships, retaining existing members, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience at our Front of House.

The successful candidate would ideally have similar experience within the public or private sector. Experience will include generating membership enquiries, developing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. You'll create a friendly and supportive environment for customers, communicate effectively to build rapport, and support marketing strategies. Day-to-day operations will include cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and customer service administration.

Our full-time positions will work 37 hours per week. There is a mixture of full time and part time vacancies available. Early morning, Weekend and evening working will be required.

You will be exposed to multiple sites within the Leisure World portfolio and in this multi-skilled role, there will every opportunity for training, growth, development, and promotion.
