Summary

Title: Assistant Design & Technical Coordinator
Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract, Full Time
Location: Site based at Hendon, Greenwich and North West Schemes with reporting office West Ham Lane, Stratford
Persona: Site based – Regular travel to projects in Urban (Hendon and Greenwich) and the North-West
Salary: £37,073 - £43,500 depending on experience

Working as part of the Design & Technical Team and reporting to the Senior Design & Technical Manager you will assist in the coordination of the technical design for the construction of three new build projects in the North-West. There will be travel required between the sites with two days based in the office.

You will have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector and an understanding of the Building Regulations and renewable technologies will be essential.

For this post, you will need good problem-solving, communication and analytical skills. Also, project management skills and a high level of computer literacy will be required.

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
