DETAILS
Edgewood School is a brand-new residential school setting for children with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. We have welcomed our first day pupils and are now looking to recruit a care team ready to welcome our first residential placements.
As a Care Team Leader you will supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring an outstanding level of care is provided at all times. You will model best practice and create a fun, engaging environment for the young people. The successful applicant will have a natural respect for our young people, giving choice wherever possible and ensuring their best interests are at the heart of everything we do.
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 in Care or Children and young people or working towards
- Experience in a similar setting
- Ability to supervise and lead a shift
