Summary
The successful applicant will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting. A typical day will include surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, dealing with paperwork, results and referrals in a timely fashion. The role involves managing acute and chronic presentations, 12.5 minute consultation times, ordering investigations and making referrals, filing pathology results, prescribing.
