More detail about the role: The Booking System (eRS) and Patient Access Support Manager is responsible for managing and developing the eReferral System for the Trust and providing expert knowledge of the system and referral processes. The role includes developing and ensuring appropriate policies are in place to deliver, monitor and report compliance against referral or wait time targets. The role includes close working with Devon Referral Support Services and external referrers (e.g GPs) to ensure referral processes are optimised. The role also supports the Head of Patient Access and the Deputy Head of Patient Access with a variety of patient access projects. Principle Duties include: Build effective networks with all staff that you are required to work with whether they are clinical, managerial or administrative. Support and advice with internal processes, performance improvement and project working groups within the Trust. Successfully deliver formal training sessions to large groups of staff in a formal training environment or in the workplace. Successfully communicate policies, processes and current performance measures to all appropriate clinical and non-clinical staff at meetings. Represent the Trust at internal and local health community meetings as required to facilitate the above duties.
