Summary
You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we embark on our adult inpatient journey to deliver a world class inpatient therapy provision to our Adult inpatient service. This post offers you an opportunity to extend your knowledge, skills and development within this rewarding leadership role at a time of transformation of inpatient mental health services. As an Occupational Therapy Team Lead - Band 7 you will contribute to the operational and professional leadership of AHP colleagues, including, support workers, Physiotherapist and Speech and Language therapists within inpatient adult mental health services across Wolverhampton inpatient. The post holder will be a key member of the Mental Health Services Clinical and Management Team and will contribute to the overall management of those services. As an Occupational Therapy Team lead you will be responsible to the Service Manager and AHP Lead for Adult Mental Health, having designated responsibility for professional leadership and co-ordination of the AHP team as well as delivering complex occupational therapy assessments and interventions to Adults within inpatient services.
