Summary
EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC DESIGNER
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO WREXHAM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
ASAP SIGN SERVICES are a manufacturing-based sign company providing high quality signage and vehicle graphics for both commercial and domestic. We have been around for the last 40 years and we are looking to expand our team in the creative department, and looking for someone who is not only passionate about your work but someone who can really shine and take lead with the skill sets and tools that you’ve obtained through your career.
You will have an eye for accuracy and showcase clear and well thought creativity in your design work through layout, colours and typography.
You must be a team player but also have the strength and the initiative to work alone whilst paying full attention to multiple projects in order to meet strict deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a resolute and friendly team, working on varied and interesting projects.
You will be required to know how to use the Adobe Creative Suite in particular programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for your daily day to day tasks.
This is a full-time position with a probation period of 3 months. The view is to find the right candidate to be with us on our journey for years and years to come.
Confidence dealing with customers directly, via the telephone and email regularly with a clear and concise manor.
Visit clients to conduct surveys and document information ready to progress to quotation.
A high level of attention to detail and common sense is essential in this role. The right person will demonstrate the following skills:
Previous experience creating bespoke digital artwork is essential.
Ability to turn around projects with short lead times and tight deadlines.
Sign making experience with skills including the use of specialist signage software is desirable but not essential.

• Work well under pressure.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Willingness to get the job done.
• Work alone or as a part of a team.
