Summary
Ecclesbourne Lodge – Support Worker
Location: Duffield, Derbyshire
Salary: £23,010 – £24,141 pa (dependant on qualifications and experience)
37.5hrs pw – working both early and late shifts as follows:
7:30am to 3pm
2:30pm to 10:00pm

The Role
As a Support Worker at Ecclesbourne Lodge you will work alongside the best in their field and give excellent care and guidance to the residents.
Everyday is different and you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
– Planning and taking part in activities and day trips
– Delivering personal care
– Administering medication (once you have received the necessary training)
– Ensuring paperwork is up to date
– Promoting independence

Essential Criteria
No previous experience is required – you will be given full training and shadow shifts with our supportive and knowledgeable team
Willingness to complete mandatory training
A friendly and fun nature!
