Role Overview:
The B2B Sales Administrator role will involve managing an inbound pipeline of enquiries, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale. The primary focus will be understanding customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and effectively closing deals to enhance our conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and order processing experience, being able to work towards individual targets as well as working as part of a team.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Make full use of the CRM and company processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within B2B.
Strong understanding of sales methods and techniques.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
