Position:
Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Job Description:
The position offered is very much a hands-on job in a small and busy warehouse. The successful applicant will be working with 1 other person and will have overall responsibility for daily packing/shipment of parcels as well as looking after the goods in area, together with general maintenance of standards of organisation and arrangement of all matters relative to the warehouse.
Skills Required:
• Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience of running a small busy warehouse environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and to be flexible, turning their hand to whatever is required.
• Ability to motivate, as well as integrate easily into a small team.
• Experience within the aftermarket/performance car parts sector would be of benefit, though not essential.
Benefits Offered:
• Salary up to £28k dependent on experience.
• 23 Days paid holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays.
