Summary

Work base: Bodlondeb

We are looking for an innovative individual to join the team to help lead the Education Finance Team to provide a comprehensive range of financial support services to Senior Managers of the Education Services and Headteachers.

The role will be responsible for budget preparation, forecasting and monitoring of central budgets and grants. The role is also responsible for the production of the overall monitoring reporting to the Head of Service.

The post holder will need to be highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and have a positive approach to change and improvement. You will have the drive and energy to ensure a high quality service is provided.

Applicants should possess a professional accountancy qualification together with excellent IT skills.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
