Summary
Do you have telephone based customer service experience?
Our successful client, with offices based in Northampton, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their New Business team on a permanent full time basis working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will receive and answer incoming calls, identifying the need of the customer, providing quotations for services, assisting customer with portal log-ins, chasing customers for paperwork, etc
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role it is essential that you have:-
Excellent communication skills and previous telephone based customer service experience.
You will be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Starting salary is £22,308, health insurance, free parking, company pension, 20 days annual leave with Christmas shutdown plus bank holidays and training opportunities.
