About the role...
As a Co-Production Senior Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, developing, and managing services within a defined specialist area of co-production. Co-production is a practice in the delivery of public services in which citizens are involved in the creation of public policies and services. It is about developing more equal partnerships between professionals, people using services, their families, and their neighbours.

Your role will involve:

Developing, delivering, and operationally leading quality service delivery elements, pathways, and resources that meet service and local needs.
Managing, mentoring, coaching, and ensuring the development of staff reporting to you, including volunteers.
Managing a caseload of service users, completing and reviewing high-quality and comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and support plans.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, and providing written and verbal reports as required.
Analysing information and utilising this analysis to continuously improve the service.
A key aspect of this role is the co-production element. You will actively engage service users in future service design/changes to delivery, ensuring all services delivered are accessible, paying particular attention to underrepresented groups. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and shared decision-making, bringing service users into the heart of our service design and delivery.

About you...

Experience working within a health and social care setting would be ideal.
An understanding of substance misuse would be beneficial.
Prior management experience.
