This role is part- time - 0.7FTE

Role purpose and summary:

Your role will be to work with colleagues across the Leadership, Talent and Capability team and with stakeholders to deploy learning initiatives that ensure that the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is a department where leaders inspire; talent is nurtured; diversity is celebrated; and everyone is enabled to be their best.
This includes:

• Championing people development to inspire and empower every individual to fulfil their potential across the MoJ family.
• Deploying and implementing programmes, interventions, initiatives, and events that aim to develop everyone across the MoJ family to discover their talent, build their capability and grow their leadership.
• Effective collaboration and engagement, across the team, to ensure we utilise the expertise within the team, including specialists in design, delivery, marketing, learner experience, project support, reporting and evaluation.
• Build strong and purposeful relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Striving for excellence and working in a collaborative, iterative way that balances innovation with delivery at pace.

Impact role has on organisation:

The Leadership, Talent and Capability Specialist role supports the implementation of the strategic plan through collaborating to co-ordinate and deploy programmes, interventions, initiatives and events to support the development of skills and practices, strengthen individual and organisational capability and support continuous improvement and growth across the MoJ family of 80,000 colleagues.
