Exciting news awaits in the Bicton area, as we prepare to welcome a young lady in her early 20's into her New Home within a learning disabilities community! She has autism and is embarking on a journey towards independence, and we are looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join us in supporting her every step of the way. Your role will be to assist her with daily living skills, from meal preparation to household chores, empowering her to live life on her terms.

But it doesn't stop there. This spirited young lady has passions and dreams to pursue. She's eager to attend theatre group, nurture her love for music, and maintain strong connections with her cherished family. And let's not forget Neville, her faithful cockapoo companion, whom she has trained herself to provide emotional support! If you share her enthusiasm for music and adore small dogs, you might just be the perfect fit.

In this role, there is no there's no personal care or medication support needed. The lovely lady we support is equipped with the skills and confidence to manage these aspects of her life independently, just as she chooses.

What shifts are available?

- 7.30-15.00 / 15.00-22.30 + sleep-in (sleep-ins are a requirement)

- Shifts are designed to accommodate your lifestyle - with options for short shifts, long days if preferable, weekends, and everything in between.

- Full time (37.5 hours) and part time (30 hours, 22.5 hours) flexible contracts available
