Job Purpose:

This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Change Analyst who will play a major role with the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings. The role is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations.

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):

Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, technology, and organizational culture.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Work with various IT divisions to create summary view by Division then Production Line Department.
Help coordinate monthly preparation and execution for each Release Cycle.
Lead change analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and issues.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and interventions.
Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure effective transition of changes.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure changes are implemented in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and identify areas for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to promote continuous learning and improvement.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]

Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management or related roles, with a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
Ability to develop and implement effective change management plans.

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or above in the UK or Equivalent.
