Summary


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic pharmacist to join the Hepatology department at Barts Health NHS Trust, to deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services. You will be able to develop your skills and knowledge in the management of hepatology patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will also help to develop clinical guidelines and act as a key member of the MDT.

You will assist the Lead Pharmacist for Hepatology in promoting high quality, cost-effective and safe prescribing. The post holder will provide clinical pharmacy support to the Hepatology departments across the Trust.

The post holder will participate in education and training of Pharmacy staff at Bart’s Health and will assist in the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services within the Division.
