Summary

Location: Haxby, York

Hours of work: Part time positions within the following hours.

Monday 8.00am to 5.30pm

Wednesday 7.30am to 6pm

Thursday 7.30am to 6pm

Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Rate of pay: £14.30 per hour.




Our daughter is a happy young woman who has complex care needs, she is a wheelchair user, she has a learning disability, she is nonverbal with a great sense of humour. Our daughter loves to be busy; she attends a day centre where she participates in various activities. She also attends weekly hydrotherapy sessions. At home she loves to be given a massage, have a foot spa or her nails painted. We are looking for a small team of PAs to support with all aspects of personal care and the team of PAs will enable her to participate in suitable activities inside and outside home.

A car driver who is over 25 (for insurance purposes) and would be willing to drive our large wheelchair accessible vehicle is preferred but not essential.
