Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and well organised individual for the post of Housing Needs Officer. You will be required to manage a caseload along with undertaking housing options / homelessness interviews and enquiries as required.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills especially to manage competing workloads at peak times.

A good working knowledge of Homelessness legislation is desirable though not essential, although extensive experience of working with assessment and advice giving procedures in a welfare setting is essential.
