Summary
You will be involved in the daily operation of the Supply Services team which will include topping up the wards stock medication using the computer system CMM and supplying external units under a Wholesaler Dealers Licence. To assist in supplying the provision of a safe, efficient and effective pharmaceutical service at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. To provide line management of staff in line with departmental procedures. To dispense stock items for wards and theatres in line with departmental procedures. To dispense stock items to external units under a wholesaler dealers licence. To participate in checking team members work when supplying to external units. To be responsible for the specific key areas of the Supply Services team: Approving annual leave ensuring a robust roster is in place, sickness monitoring and return to work interviews, annual appraisals of team members and overseeing the day to day running of the team.
