Hyde is looking to recruit a Tenancy Advisor.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.
As a Tenancy Advisor you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a first point of contact for all tenancy related queries.
Responsibilities
Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Group’s residents.
Provide a front-line service to support the management of reported tenancy enforcement cases.
Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents.
Work with the Hyde Foundation to maximise referrals for residents whose tenancies maybe at risk.
Skills and Experience
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience of working within the property or housing sector
Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
