Summary
Technical Support Administrator– CCTV Compliance
Applicants:
Due to an ongoing contract, (my client/we) seeks a temporary team member to support the CCTV compliance department of their business for 12 hours per week (dayshift 8am to 2pm or 9am to 3pm), spread across a 2 or 3 day period depending on workload one day must be a Friday.
You must be able to comfortably work from home and have quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection. An occasional visit to the office located in Newcastle City centre may be required.
You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and will be equipped with a laptop and necessary tools for remote work.
Additional hours may be available for holiday coverage, with potential permanent vacancies becoming available in 2024.
Overview:
This role involves reviewing CCTV footage to ensure compliance with UK Data Protection Laws. Key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing CCTV clips to identify data subjects.
• Using video editing software to anonymise third parties.
• Quality checking edits made by other team members.
• Ensuring videos are processed within agreed deadlines.
• Maintaining and updating records.
Skills Required:
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Capacity to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
