Summary
Workshop Controller
- Starting salary is up to £36,000 per annum pending experience plus £4-6,000 in bonus potential partnered with another bonus scheme of £1-2,000 per annum.

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive premium franchise approved car dealership in the Chepstow area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, the successful Workshop Controller will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm however flexibility around hours can be given
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £36,000 with OTE £46,000.
Duties of a Workshop Controller
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will
- Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Controller role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
