Summary
Job description
Highly motivated person required with preferably mechanical component knowledge to work in a busy parts department.
Must have the following skills:
Ability to multi task, good IT skills,
ability to work as a team and alone,
good phone manner,
ability to work alone and part of a team,
good person to person skills,
work to deadlines,
manage their work schedule on a daily basis to fit in with the daily routines of the ever changing needs of the business.
Customer care background
The job involves supplying the various on site workshops with parts, etc.
Ordering and receiving parts into the department
Dealing face to face with customers and on also in phone calls and emails.
Searching out parts through internet, phone, emails, etc
Keeping up to date with despatching of parts daily
Preparation of packages for the post/courier.
Keeping the parts department in a tidy manner.
