Summary

Location: London Twickenham Stadium Hotel

This brand-new partnership with Aimbridge Hospitality will see the property undergo extensive refurbishment from the start of April with the hotel fully rebranded as a 150 bedroom Radisson Red hotel. The hotel’s Food & Beverage offerings will be completely overhauled with fantastic new concepts, attracting the local business and residential community to dine out as a destination venue outside of the stadiums busy event schedule.

London Twickenham Stadium Hotel is a distinctive destination for unforgettable experiences, offering the chance to catch all the sporting action from expansive bedrooms with pitch side views.

A day in the life of…

Your role will be to maximise total revenue, market share and profits through the strategic development and the deployment of revenue driving activities. Utilising all revenue management tactics, processes, and procedures. Responsible for driving total hotel revenue. Ensuring alignment of brand policy, revenue management, sales and distribution strategy and central marketing initiatives

Overall, your commercial acumen to support business growth will be key to this role along with your ability to create a culture of team engagement and sales focus.

What do we need from you?

  • As a senior leader in the business, you will have a strategic mindset and the ability to drive vision and purpose whilst delivering commercial strategies across all departments of the hotel.
  • You will have proven experience of ensuring that sales and pricing strategies are based on commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting.
  • You’ll be able to ensure that relevant hotel and above-hotel commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review strategies and controls.
