Hays Education Wirral are working with a 'GOOD' primary school in Wirral LA to recruit an experienced Lower Key Stage 2 specialist primary teacher to take over a Year 3 class from September 2024.
This primary teaching job is full time and permanent. For next academic year at least you will be covering a Year 3 class teaching role.

Your new role
For this primary teaching job, we are looking for an experienced lower Key Stage 2 specialist primary teacher to take on whole class teaching responsibilities in a Year 3 class.
You will need to be confident in planning, preparing and assessing pupils' work as well as able to work as part of the wider school teaching team.
The school has a strong ethos of community, so you will be expected to also contribute to the wider extra-curricular offerings within the school, and forge strong relationships between the school, families and the wider community.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Year 3 class teaching job on the Wirral you must:
- Have recent experience of teaching primary-aged pupils (and be able to provide references)
- Have Qualified Teacher Status or be an Early Career Teacher
- Display sound knowledge of English and Maths
- Have excellent communication skills and strong classroom management
- Be flexible in working within the wider school team to support events within the school
