Summary
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project and design process. The Project Manager will be responsible for the technical output of the team. They will instigate the collation and utilisation of all data.
Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of ID & FF&E
• Understanding company’s objective.
• Setting key objectives for the team to ensure continued development.
• Manage and oversee project plans and budgets.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Create the design vision for the projects along with dedicated teams
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Establish and maintain QC/QA across all projects
• Oversee project teams with Lead Designers
• Establish and manage relationship with third parties.
Who We Are Looking For (skills,qualifications and experience)
• A degree qualification is paramount to this role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the role of Project Management.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment and who can prioritize deliverables independently
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills for effective relationship building both within the teams and with Clients
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including the ability to present information formally and informally
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements
• Proven insight and proactive problem solving through innovative, creative and pragmatic solutions
