We are recruiting for a Trainee Customer Services Administrator to Join our Team in Belfast to provide a first class customer service to our external and internal customers.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support
Telephone support both external and internal
Ensure all work from the field has the appropriate paperwork, is processed and saved to enable successful closure of the work and invoicing
Ensure the customer receives copies of paperwork they require to ensure their site is compliant
Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong Word and Excel skills
Friendly and efficient phone manner
Team player within own team and larger Customer Service team
Positive attitude
