Summary

ROLE: EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR – PIONEER (EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS)
SALARY: FRWK8 £24,156 - £26,076 FTE
HOURS & BASIS: 37 HPW, PERMANENT
BASE: BASSETLAW / NEWARK AND SHERWOOD / NOTTINGHAM

Framework has an impressive track record of delivering employment and skills related support services in Nottinghamshire for over 20 years.
Framework is delighted to be delivering a project across Nottingham, Bassetlaw and Newark and Sherwood called Pioneer.
This new and exciting project will support economically inactive participants to move into sustained employment.
As part of this opportunity, Framework is seeking to recruit an Employment Advisor to engage with participants in the local area and provide advice, guidance and support to find a job that is right for the individual.
Successful applicants will:
• be self-motivated and looking for a unique challenge
• feel confident delivering employability support both one to one and in group settings
• have excellent local knowledge of local support services and employment opportunities
• be able to build rapport with individuals
• be able to motivate participants and support them to achieve their goals
• have experience of working towards challenging targets
Please note that the post holder will be expected to travel between a number of different delivery sites and therefore being a car driver is essential.
