St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. The Role:

We are seeking a part-time HR Advisor for a fixed term contract of 1 year. As the HR Advisor you will support the HR Manager, working closely with departments and teams to provide front-line HR advice and support service. You will also support the People Strategy priorities and be conversant with the hospice’s employment policies and procedures, Terms and Conditions of employment and other HR related issues, demonstrating a sound working knowledge of the practical implications and applications of these to managers.
