Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to join our team. The Operation Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service across all aspects of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operation Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of wickerwork products.
Develop and implement efficient inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, shipping, and delivery, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key vendors, including suppliers and logistics partners, to ensure seamless operations and supply chain continuity.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities with business goals and objectives.
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
